1. Booking
By making a booking through our website https://boattripvlora.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from our team with the date and time of your trip.

2. Payment
All payments are made in cash before the trip starts. No online prepayment is required. Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to complete payment and boarding.

3. Cancellations & Changes
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip are free of charge.

• No-shows without notice will result in the booking being forfeited.

4. Trip Modifications
We reserve the right to change or cancel trips due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

5. Safety & Conduct
All participants must follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in trip cancellation without refund.
